First, I find that most people don’t even know what a detox is even all about or even the science behind it. In my book if you’re going to do something you should know why you are doing it.
 
The really power of anything is understanding the principles behind it.
 
In today’s episode I’m talking to you about one of the main organs that is involved in a detox and that is the liver.
 
We explore what is its role in the detox process and then I give you some simple ways you can help to detox it through food that is simple and delicious as well.
