So many people think that their physical health is separate from their mental and spiritual health. We do this in medicine as well. We compartmentalize everything and then we wonder why we never move forward. Our health ladies encompasses all parts of us- the spiritual, the mental-mindset and they physical and all 3 impact our overall health in so many ways.
