WELL WOMEN HEALTHY LIFESTYLE PODCAST
#102 PMS vs PMDD: Understanding the Difference
First, let me congratulate JoAnne and Own Your Time for winning our 100 episode contest prize of a 25.00 amazon gift card.
In today’s episode I’m sharing the interview that I had with Erika Diaz-Castro in her podcast Stronger Than You Think. We did it in Oct. which was National mental health awareness month. We dished on what is PMS vs PMDD and in general how you can boost your mood with little everyday things. I discuss what is the difference between PMS and PMDD and things that you can do to specifically help yourself in these areas. Hormonal imbalances should be thought of as mental health issues and we discuss why.
I’m also giving ya’ll a freebie all about creating mood boosting rituals. These are simple daily tips that you can start to implement today to help you boost your mood. Grab it here at
