In today’s show we are talking about the business of your health. We are exploring why we look at our business or our career one way and then at our health in a totally polar opposite way, when in fact they are two sides of the same coin.

In order to have a successful business or career you need your health in order to accomplish that, but oddly most of us don’t see it that way.

We are more than willing to invest in our business or career but when it comes to our health we don’t see it as an investment but an expense.

We are more than willing to lay good business practice foundations down but when it comes to our health we are ok with letting those practice foundations slide.

Why? Well that is what we explore today.

I’m telling it to you straight.
