Well, summer has officially started, and it’s a season that always makes me think of sunshine, rest, and a more relaxed time.
But there’s one thing that summer tends to do for a lot of us, and that is to throw our routines off track. Maybe it feels like that to you, too?
And one thing that I know for sure is, when you’re trying to stay on track with your health and wellness goals, any disruption to your routine can derail your desired results—fast!
Many of our routines thus far have shifted big time since COVID hit and our summer one is no exception, as we are still in the thick of it with no end in sight.
We’re probably very similar in that I’m betting you’ve got a lot on your plate. And it can be easy to get overwhelmed by the daily to-do’s, especially when routines are thrown off-course.
That’s why in today’s episode I’m talking about why everyone needs a coach now more than ever.
