In today’s show I just sat down and grab the mike and started talking about some things that have been on my heart. Namely excuses and procrastination and why we have them when it comes to our health.
Since I still practice it’s a topic that I can’t really explore with my patients. Some how it is my job to work around their excuses and that’s plain BS in my opinion.
Your excuses, your procrastinations those are for you to own not me.
But we can explore why we have them so much when it comes to our health and that’s what this episode is all about.
