As we boldly move into a new decade it’s important that make certain shifts in different parts of lives in order to accomplish all our healthy living goals.   Last week we discussed making mindshifts of letting go of old stories that are no longer serving us and writing new narratives.   This week we tackle the next important step and that is to learn how to make healthy and confident decisions and what that looks like.    As women, I think we place too much value on what others think about our decisions.   In today’s episode I talk about   * The power of decision making   * Making better decisions   * Then we get into smart making decision tips.
