With more of us women working from home, I have been getting a common question that has been coming up a lot, so I thought I would address it here today – and that question is: How do I get more exercise, stay healthy, and avoid eating too much-called the COVID 20, when I am working at home full-time?

First of all, I want you not to worry, because I am here to tell you that it is possible to improve your physical health even while working from home, just like if you were working in an office.

Today I am spilling the preverbal tea on 10 different things that I want you to focus on when it comes to staying healthy while working from your home.

From staying active and stretching to nutrition tips to finding your health motivation and everything in between.
