Progesterone is one of your female hormones that is produced by the ovary, placenta and adrenal glands. This hormone is mainly secreted by the corpus luteum after ovulation. It plays a very important role in your menstrual cycle and in the early stages of pregnancy.
Several things can cause a progesterone deficiency in your body and on today’s podcast I will be sharing 4 of the those causes. Now mind you these aren’t the only causes but for the sake of keeping things simple and understandable we will start here.
