Ladies, your brain is a three-pound organ that is the hub of how you think, feel, and move. Our brains are responsible for regulating the body and its various functions. The brain is divided into two hemispheres, right and left, and four lobes. It used to be thought that each lobe was responsible for specific functions, but now we know that though the lobes do have primary functions they work interdependently with each other.

Brain health matters from conception through end of life. Our brains rely on healthy foods, oxygen, exercise, and mental stimulation to be their best.
