It is great to have a morning routine, as it helps to set you up for the rest of the day. A good morning routine can boost your mood, give you tons of energy, and make you feel more productive. But depending on what is in your routine, it might also be causing more stress and overwhelm.
This can happen if you try to do too much and simply don’t have time to fit it all in, or if you are waking up too late and constantly rushing to get out the door on time.
Today I am sharing some tips for knowing when it is time to rest your morning routine a little, and how to get it done.
