Funny thing happened this week. Not only did a lot of my in office patients ask me about what supplements they should be taking but so did a few of our online community members, so I thought I would turn on the mic and rattle off my top 11.
I also get asked a lot where should I buy my supplements from and what brand of supplements should I buy, so I addressed these as well.
I’m not a believer in taking a handful of supplements every day and you’ll hear me address this as well. If you have been listening to me for any length of time you already know that I prefer to get my vitamins and nutrients from food and I prefer you do too but sometimes we need to supplement.
As a woman, it is important that you take good care of your health, on the inside and out. The top way you can do this is by ensuring you are giving your body all the nutrients it needs. Today we are dishing on the 11 supplements that I think are especially important for you as a women to have.
